Today is the last day of April and my β can you run 50miles in a month?β Challenge. And the answer is Yes!!! ππ. Despite getting food poisoning and being in bed for last 2 days I managed to clock 81.8km this month. So glad I put in a few longer runs in the early weeks as I havenβt run for a few days and will need to take a few more days to recover before I get back out there. But I am pretty chuffed ππΌββοΈπβ€οΈ

That's amazing! So are you looking to stay there or push on to 55 miles in May?
I hadnβt thought of that but now you have put the thought in my head!!!!! π. I think my next goal is to swim and strengthen my knees so I can run 10k weekly without it killing my poor knees. I am really rubbish at strength training. 7.5k is a good distance but 10k has me hobbling. Any ideas on strength training for me?
