Last run was 11 days ago. Thought I'd give the niggle in my groin some time to sort itself. Hmmm could feel it a bit and this run was only 15 mins. Don't really know what to do. I think it's Osteitis pubis according to Dr Google. Anyone got any ideas? I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself and I wanna feel happy to run! 😕

Can’t help Blossom as I’m not medical but in my limited experience, if it hurts don’t run on it! I’m just coming back from ‘hip hurt’ and have permission to run again from physio and doctor but I’m taking it really slow and gentle - so it’s run-walks and the running is about 10 minutes . Might be worth you trying something similar - but do be careful!

I think all you can do is take professional advice on this as the last thing you want is to make it worse .A GP or Sports Physio would be the place to start

Really sorry to hear your niggle is still there . As others have said best get it. checked out then you know what you’re dealing with 👌I know it’s miserable being on the IC but at least when you know what’s up you can work on fixing it which is a more positive thing to be planning 💪🏃🏻♀️
Not worth taking the chance of running on it 😕
Hang in there 🙂☀️
