I know..I really can't quite believe it myself, but then I think..no I'm working hard for this 👍All aches are gone knees have been absolutely fine. Going to try for my third 10k on Saturday all being well 😯

Brilliant I will run Saturday, I think your longer runs are Sunday's if I remember rightly x I'm not going for any pace, just going to go as slow as I need to ensure I get to my 10K and without any problems..

It's a bit late for me.. I will run at 9 i Will be on my last K or so when you are starting..you can cheere me over the finish line and I will give you some encouragement on starting out 😂 good luck.. look forward to comparing our run 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🙏

How many 5Ks have you ran? I graduated in November and I've probably ran 20, so just take your time and it will come naturally x don't want any injuries 🤗
