Having taken a group of ladies and myself through the c25k, commencing in September last year. We have since paired off to comply with Covid restrictions but continued running 3 times a week. My run buddy Jane and I run 5 to 6k on Wednesday and Friday, but have been progressively extending our Monday runs to finally this week exceed the 10k barrier. (10.08k) This week proved very hard as I believe the illness I suffered with all weekend after my second Covid inoculation drained me of energy. Tonights 5.5k run drained me too, but thankfully not nearly as quickly as the start of our Monday run. Feeling somewhat better every day though. 63 year old c25k veteran.

The first jab really floored me, and from what you've said, I'm not looking forward to the second. Hope you fully recover soon and that you smash that 10k.
