A different route before work

Hello all! Well, this was the first time I ran before work, and it seemed very out of context. I actually got to work early then set out again, meaning I could try a route which, although I’ve never run it before, I know well from many lockdown walks. It took me uphill (aargh) for about 3k, where I was blessed with some gorgeous views. Going back the same way was lovely as it was, of course, downhill. I could see for miles. Legs were still tired from my weekend 10k, but all in all, it was a good job done. The attached pic is where I went, although the photo was taken last year. 😊🏃‍♀️😊🏃‍♀️😊

Looks like a very nice place to run! Makes me a bit jealous! But again, very well done, despite the odd feeling of running at a different time of the day. Do take care to take enough rest after a long run though. No sense in ending up on the IC!

Thank you Evy! The weather is so nice at the moment, especially after the rain, wind, and cold. I’m going to listen to my body and take an extra day’s rest as the IC is the last place I want to be! All the best. 😊🏃‍♀️😊🏃‍♀️😊
