Just a quick post before I go to work, was jealous of all the great running going on 🤣 landed a local job today so got up early for a 10k/60 mins, felt great!

SD he had to drag me out of bed this morning! I hadn't slept well and knew I could sleep in as staring work later than usual. I thought about turning over and going back to sleep but then I imagined Coach Dyer standing at the end of my bed shouting "get up you mug! There's running to be done!" So up I got and off I went 🤣 5th in a row and felt like I was on for a PB for both 5 and 10k... Didn't get either! 🤣 God knows what my PB at 5k is as I thought I smashed it this morning and seem to have got nowhere near 🤣, got a 2nd best over 10k though so was pleased with that. I think il switch direction next time so all the uphills that held me up today become nice easy downhills and maybe knocks a bit off my time 🤞🏻

Hi, I’ve only just seen this as I’m still not getting email notifications after the google outage on Tuesday - great run again, don’t know how you keep going run after run at big distances- I’ve done a shorter one tonight just to keep it eased up a bit before the weekend . You fellas are managing the big jump up well 👍🏻👍🏻

Only just seen this now, too!! I’m not getting notifications anymore 🤔 So, just smashing out another 10k before work?! Nice one and again, a cracking pace!!! Well done on your new work, sure that has put a spring on your step 🦌 10k seems to be your distance now, ha.. leaving us 5/6/7k types in your wake 😅 I am going to have to start planning some possible longer routes as I keep somehow timing my runs to be near to home at the 6km mark!! Gotta get the distance going up a bit ..

Thanks guys ! Have to clear up I'm still in same job, I work all over UK and 3/4/5 hour drives each way are not unusual, just today I got a site close to home so only had to set off for work at 8am instead of 5 or 6am lol which gave me the opportunity to run on a work day which is very unusual for me 😁.

Bambi and R4UL you guys will get to 10k in no time, Peter has shown how rapidly you can get to that target (very impressively!) I think once I reached 7k it was only few runs before I hit 10 and think that was the same with Peter. Once you make the decision to just keep running, 7 to 10k is not that much harder and I know you will smash it when/if you choose to👍🏻💪🏻
