Not posted for a week now as I’m trying to sort my dodgy feet out. I did try the new NRC 20 min inspiration run last Wednesday and felt ok (I made sure I had loose laces!) but the following day my feet were sore again. I think I need to be pain free before I try again and maybe start with a walk. Very frustrating not being able to get out there...

Good luck on your recovery. Do you know what’s causing the issue?

I think I tied my laces too tight and the tops of my feet are really painful. Just need to let them recover I think 🤞🏻

Oh sorry to hear that , join the club I’ve got nerve problems in feet. and plantar fasciitis which comes and goes , nothing worse than sore feet. Plantar fasciitis worse when I walk better when I run. I’ve got exercise bike which gives feet a rest . Hope you get it sorted

Unlucky giggly gave you tried holding a cold shower over your feet? I tried this recently at the end of my usual shower and it really seemed to help with pain and swelling. Do it till it hurts (if the water is cold enough). Can’t do any harm I don’t think. Good luck oh your recovery.

Thanks for advice Brian, I do use an ice pack now and again and have just had a recovery run and put it. Feels ok at the moment 🤞🏻
