COGH...a vehicle!

When popping my walk into COGH today I found myself alongside a Lorry 🚛 I’ve hitched on the back of a few vehicles on LEJOG04 I didn’t expect to find one here on this road!

Nearly civilisation!! Really enjoying all the sights and info we’re getting for this. Mine was a enormously long road the P297, I think, yesterday. So long you couldn’t see the end of it 😱. Not a good one for running on, but on the plus side no snow.👍

Ha Ha CBDB I have hitched a few lifts on LEJOG04 I agree - bit nervous as I lept on to the vehicles 🚗🤣🤣.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my progress. I do think the yoga has helped free up the hips and improve my upper body strength so thank you for pointing me in that direction.

There are many lovely circular runs and walks here to try and you can set off from a few places too.
