Enjoying the longer runs

It’s been ages since I posted on here, in fact it was after my first 10km 8 months ago. Since then I’ve kept up to running 3-4 times a week, but not been bothered too much about distance, just been about getting out there.

But the last few weeks I’ve been increasing my weekend run by 1km and I ran my 2nd 10km this morning and beat my first time 😀.

I’ve been really enjoying the longer weekend runs, so thinking about keeping going with increasing by 1km each week, at least get to a 10miler. I’m still not sure whether I really want to go for a HM.

Happy running all.
