Isn’t the body an amazing thing?! I didn’t sleep very well last night and nearly didn’t go out this morning. But I have my vaccination after work tomorrow so I figured I couldn’t put it off until tomorrow. Anyhoo, I forced myself off the couch and did something that resembles stretching. Once my music and coach Bennett were on and I was half way through my warm up walk, I realised actually, I feel really good! So from a demotivated, sleepy couch blob first thing, I ran a really nice 6k and beat my personal 5k best. Funny how things pan out. Happy Sunday all! 😀🏃♀️👍🏃♂️

Sounds like a great run ! Strange how these good ones just flow from our legs sometimes !
And it's done before your vaccination 👍
"Something that resembles stretching" haha 🤣
Nice! It’s counter-intuitive but I’ve had some enjoyable runs after insomnia. Hope you get some better shut-eye tonight.
Well done for getting out there when not feeling like it at first! And g'luck with the vaccine. Fingers crossed for no aches and such and for being able to run soon after!
