Wonderful weather yesterday β¦..definitely had to be a βrun dayβ ! How about a run up in the hills Squiggy? πΆπΎπ
My running in 2022 was limited to 6 or 7k jogs down our usual route (which I love), so it was fantastic to be somewhere different and challenge myself with some gradients! Just loved the warm sunshine, cooling breeze and the views. The uphill parts were an effort, especially after 3 weeks of trying to get rid of a virus π, so slow at times. Bit quicker on the lovely wide grassy tracks especially when Squiggy pulled me along, he is such a great running pal. He had a little off lead time in the woods but lead on after that - π!!
So three runs this school holiday, two of those consecutive! Letβs hope I can keep this up now term has started π€

Squiggy, Monarch of the Glen ! Back into the two short/one long run pattern? Famous last words but this winter seems to have been much better for running than the preceding two. I am usually IC by the end of November! Hope it goes well for you.πππ
ha, ha Monarch of the Glen- very good. He seems to be looking at the view but really he is thinking βwhere are those πππβ!! 2 short one long is a good routine but unfortunately during term time Iβm lucky to manage one run a week!
Behaving extremely badly and inappropriately for a woman of my years, is another great one...oh, that is probably just me!π€£πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ€£
