Happy International Womenβs Day to all you amazing ladies. I have Just been out for my second run of week one. It felt good and I am so glad I am redoing C25K. No chest tightness, Yaay just a great feeling of happiness ππππππ π»πΎπ π !

Iβm feeling ok thanks, hips were a bit achey the following day, but they feel better today. Had a lovely response to my post, people are genuinely pleased for you on here, such a great bunch.

Thatβs so good to hear, when you have an illness like that you wonder if you will recover fully, it takes a while but sounds like you are recovering and following this plan is a great way to rebuild your fitness So pleased you can run again xx
