Hi there, lovely runners.

I've been off the forum for a few months. I haven't even been 'lurking'. No real idea why, just the Covid blues I think. I've been walking a lot and running at least twice a week, but without any real enthusiasm. This evening, though, I posted my first not parkrun since before christmas and got the urge to come and take a look at b210k. Everyone seems to be talking about COGH! Can someone please enlighten me? What is it?

Cape of Good Hope (from the wilds of Siberia). It's a tally of all the runs and walks the group have done starting from Monday.

A bit like doing Lands End to John O'Groats but as a group.

How lovely to have you back with us again Ag! Now you know what the COGH challenge is about, do join us - it’s an awfully long way and we need all the help we can get! I’m glued to the IC at the moment but am adding my Kms to the total by walking.

Thanks. I have just logged this week's distances and learned some interesting facts. Running and education - I'm loving it.
