COGH start 🏁 and Edward Woodward

Didn’t actually plan to run today, but COGH and weather dragged me out for a quick 3k lunchtime run!

Weather was beautiful, I chose to β€œopen up” my old favourite route for the season, which tends to be muddy throughout winter but perfect otherwise, especially as it just starts behind my house!

There were some muddy patches that needed careful slalom-ing around, but otherwise great and it felt so good to do this route again!

I must remember to run this route with the C25k app, as it will really let me know how far I’ve come! It was my first C25k route and it’s making me reminisce back to when I was just starting out! πŸ’

And ran to Zombies, season two with the new DJs of Radio New Canton growing on me. So those who’ve listened will know their banter and the joke of why Edward Woodward has so many D’s in his name .....

What do you call a man with a block on his head?

Edwood

How about two blocks?

Ed Woodwood

How about three?

Edwood Woodwood

How about four?

I don't know, but Edward Woodward would.

It's a virtual run/walk from somewhere in North East Siberia to the tip of South Africa, I think it will take a little while to complete the journey.

Nice! 5k ! That will be most of my contributions! Today was the first time for ages that I ran less. But really nice because of that! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘
