After 2 days of waxing woodwork, I decided to go for a run. Warm (for Feb), sunny day, but 4pm by the time I went. For some weird reason, I didn’t like the thought of wearing leggings, so I put my shorts on 😳. Unheard of behaviour for me in Feb, and rather unusual even in summer. But this running lark seems to have improved my circulation. Wish I’d started years ago.
I feel far to over fed to expect running to be easy, so started C25K again, but with a difference. I did run 1 on the outbound, and run 2 on the inbound. Still didn’t manage to keep my heart rate below my mathematically worked out max, but had a super enjoyable run. Walk. Run. And the towpath was, on the whole, dry.
