C25K Grad, 10k Newbie
Well done on your C25k graduation. Keep it going building it up slowly ππ
Read the bumpf on Consolidation before moving up in distance. Not compulsory, but parent advisory.
Congratulations on your C25K graduation and welcome! This is a really supportive forum, just like the C25K. Good luck with the next stage of your running journey, looking forward to reading your updates! π
Thanks! Iβm having a little running rest as I have a painful left foot but Iβm lucky to have a physio appointment next Tuesday so hope to be fixed quickly π€π» Running slower keeping my heart rate below 150 is my next challenge π Yoga for the time being though... ππ»
I've been having foot trouble on and off for a few months now, slow running definitely helps. It's great that you've been able to get a physio appointment so quickly, they'll sort you out π
HR zone running was a revelation after I graduated from C25K, it made such a difference to everything, from enjoyment to stamina. That's when I started to believe I could reach longer distances. Hope you enjoy it when you're back out there! For the time being, enjoy your yoga π§ββοΈπ
