Early morning daylight....hooray!

I had a lovely run yesterday morning. I did a long almost 12k on Sunday and my legs were aching so I wasn't looking forward to this run but I found any aches melted away as I ran and I was just so pleased the daylight was coming earlier that I had a great run! I listened to Paula Radcliffe on the nike app and enjoyed that too. Full of the joys of Spring 🙂

Lovely photo of the sunrise, an 'almost' 12K on Sunday, just count it as a 12K, often that happens, any aches or pains go away during the run, we call them Gremlins.
