5k not park run done

Had a decent run this morning over our local park with my brother socially distanced. 5k in 30mins. I have now downloaded Ju Ju's magic plan to get myself up to 10k. It so nice to run in the light and the sun out. Roll on spring. Have a good weekend everyone.
