Hello all , I hope you are well. We've still got heaps of snow. I ran on the pavements yesterday , some of the snow is compacted some is very loose which results in your feet and ankles going all over the place.
So yesterday while coming home from getting the shopping ( or the messages) as I call them . I noticed the local primary school entrance had been cleared.
It was great just to run and not to worry about underfoot or getting injured.
Also today is new shoe day. I noticed a few aches in my feet so got another pair of Asics. What a difference.
Happy running allββββ

Most of the snow and ice has gone here so my run was trouble free apart from one stretch down by Anne Hathawayβs Cottage where I had to run in the road.
Iβm glad youβve found a safe place to run in your lovely new shoes, beware of black ice, hubby slid on last 100m of his 11k run today. So much snow this week. We too got out for the messages yesterday, quite nice to escape for a bit to the big city which was lovely and quiet. Happy running π€
Fab colour shoes!Glad you managed to find somewhere safe to run - I haven't managed it since last Saturday - it's forecast to warm up from tomorrow so fingers crossed π€
Great shoesBuddy. Fab colour - well done for finding a safe place to run. Iβve decided that tomorrow is my comeback day. Itβs been soooo cold here Iβve not run since last weekend so π€the weather guys are right and the temperature is going up. Happy running πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
