Great Manchester Run 2021

Hi all. Having successfully run 10k every Sunday for the last 4 weeks (thanks to JuJu’s plan) I’ve decided to take the plunge and enter the Great Manchester Run this year which has been moved to September (presumably in the hope that it will go ahead). It is not something I would or could have dreamed of a year ago. Entries are open now if you’re interested. I think I can safely say that I’ve caught the running bug since starting the C25K back in August. I can’t believe the impact running has had on me. Literally, going from a couch potato to running 20k+ every week has helped a lot in coping with the pandemic both physically and mentally. I’m back to teaching from home again and running is keeping me sane. What a great thing we are all doing to improve our lives. Have a great weekend everyone and keep on running. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃 😊
