I graduated C25k at the end of last year and since then have just done my own thing, gradually expanding my route and checking distance afterwards on my Fitbit (yes I’m aware how unreliable they are 🤣). I’ve started struggling a bit so want to do some guided runs to get me from the 7.5km I’m at now, to the desired 10km. I’ve got a Zenlabs 10K app but are there better FREE ones?

Sounds like you're doing JJs Magic Plan by default!Hope you are mixing up your distances and not doing 7.5k three times a week. That may be why you are struggling. Also following a plan other people have completed gives you the assurance that you're on the right track.

I used the Active 5K to 10K App, one medium run, one mixing speed work and then longer run to finish week. No great commentary but decent programme and got me there.

Nike Run Club app is good, coached runs of various times and distances, free too, it got me to 10k and 10 miles 👍🏃♂️
