How do you link/add the runs, strava? 🤔

You decide how many miles your going to do and they email you a link to send it to them, they just need a screen shot of your miles for that month

Sounds easy enough, might wait to see how next run goes, was a bit optomistic entering the strava 100k for feb ☹

Well you must have done about 10 x10k's last month I'm sure!!! You can set yourself a challenge for 25 miles upwards and alter the mileage accordingly throughout the month if you're going to go above the number you've set. I've set a challenge for another 35 miles this month, but I'm hoping (ice and snow permitting) that i can maybe push it to 50 miles- I'll just see how I go!

Just had a look, did 7 runs, of 10k, or more, in jan, probably paying for it now, with these aches, and pains, hope to be back running this weekend, your right, 35 miles should normaly be doable 🤔I'll be watching out for your 10k post! 👍

Get plenty of rest before you re-start your running- you did a massive amount last month! Just ONE 10K run would be enough for me at the mo!!!

I love the Race at Your Pace Medals, I’ve got the December one 🤗 well done Teresafaith, 35 miles in January is great.

I’ve just treated myself to a medal rack off eBay, I put it up this afternoon it looks really nice, I’ve hung my 4 medals on it, I’m waiting for my Sandringham 10k one to arrive soon and I’m hoping to earn some more running bling to add to those this year 😊

Yes I was well impressed with my December medal and this January one - I've signed up for the Conqueror 'Ring of Kerry' challenge aswell- that medal is a WHOPPER!
