Great run this morning, warmer weather no wind or rain I just ran.

Fastest 5k at 33.98

Had a check with my fastest run which was a 10k on December 23rd great to know after all this winter weather I’m beginning to pick up the pace where I left off. Moving gradually further into Scotland on LEJOG04

Great time, good to know it's still there. Looks like you're heading up the A9, beautiful picturesque scenery. 👍

You’re getting close to the end! First Glasgow (maybe run along the beautiful Kelvin river) then the Trochachs ... mmmhhhh....👍🏽

Jeepers, at first glance I thought you’d just been out for a 200 mile run!

Congrats on picking up the pace and on beating your 5k PB.
