Yes for the last few years we seem to have missed the snow or not had very much despite surrounding areas getting it 🤷‍♀️🤗 strange but I’m happy as it just makes it hard to walk 🥴 I’m at that age now 😂

Thank you. I started couch25k in Jan last year but quickly stopped as I just couldn’t go out in this sort of weather and darkness. It took me to get to April to start again and it was much easier then. So I’m feeling it again now in this Jan so even to get out and do 25 mins is something for me 🤗❄️🏃‍♀️

Oh absolutely, I'm also on my second go at this running thing 😃 I've been on the IC and I'm struggling with motivation... Only a short 2k run for me yesterday but it was so enjoyable! Keep running and enjoying it 😁🏃‍♀️❄️
