Well, we got there, with a few days to spare ☺ usual 7k route, with a bit of canal, lovely sunny weather down here 🌞 think there is snow coming tonight.

I'm up to 25 miles so far, so it's looking good- 7k, 6k and 4.5k this week. Hoping to do another7-8k on Monday- no snow so far;- watch this space!

Yes we’re driving to her house, which was our family home, I spent all my childhood in that house so it’s full of lovely memories for me. It’s strange when we arrive and go in as it still feels like she’s just popped out and will be back soon, but sadly she won’t. She caught Covid which took her from us before her time.

I'd hoped to do 100km this month myself. I'd done over 80km in December so it wasn't impossible. Given a possible 14 runs per month it's an average of 7.2km per run.

Still quite sore. I’ve done two 5k runs since the treatment, and I can still feel the soreness, although I think there is a slight improvement. Another appointment on Wednesday. Think I might take something to bite on 😂😂 it’s torture or I’m really soft. The bruises just started to fade now.

Definitely decided to leave JuJu’s plan for a while. Not going to do more than 5k until I feel totally comfortable. But that’s ok, because I was starting to get demotivated, so doing short runs is keeping me going 🤞🏻
