A nice 5k run to prove I’m back fully from my ice-break over Xmas. Bounce-inducing music, speed-encouraging Zombies, some icy patches to navigate here and there, and the return of the delicious delights of slow runs. In those 5k everything was perfect.

Yeah, I’m fortunate to have this former railway line which is just under 5k out and back.
