Finally a run in ‘21

Saturday’s run abandoned as the roads were too icy.

On Sunday I prepared by waiting till 10 am and wearing trail shoes. Then at 9.55 I put my back out doing a simple household chore (carrying a coal scuttle). Run abandoned.

After three days of walking around like a chimp, I felt well enough to do a 40 minute bimble this morning.

Clearly, household chores are dangerous. 😁

As one who can, and has, put her back out just putting on a sock, I can confirm that everything is dangerous HF! I’m glad you’re able to run again though - but take it easy on those chores!
