Just a Run

What a delight this was! I'm struggling at the moment to get going, ie out of bed etc... So I have my new Aftershokz and it was fab to be able to hear the waves crashing, seagulls squawking, The Who, Jimi Hendrix AND Coach Bennett ♥️ all at the same time! I thought it was a slow plod but turned out to be best 30 mins yet! Yippee!😃

They are Bluetooth bone conduction headphones. I treated myself as I recently lost one of my earpods 😞 . They don't cover or plug into your ear but are worn just in front of your ear and somehoo you can hear! It's magic! 😃
