So thanks to a small dog I have been notching up miles, dog walking and running ( that's just me running he is a bit too little yet)
Yesterday I entered Scotland on LEJOG5.
Amazed.
Happy new year all.

Congratulations on your Lejog journey, welcome to Scotland, The Land of the Mountain and The Flood
Gorgeous puppy!
I started LEJOG9 this morning. As my run on Sunday put me on the injury bench I took my dog for a 5 mile walk...the most he usually goes is 2m, so he is shattered this afternoon! He joined me on C25K early on. But once I got to about 3k he couldn't do it any more.
I mapped out LEJOG on a map of England today...Scotland is a LONG way!
I thought I sent a reply but I think it might have gone astray.I started by just logging my runs. Then Stanley joined the household and I started logging our walks and the miles have just totted up.
I received the 500 mile postcard today.
You can do this , there is a whole year to achieve. Hope you are off the IC soon.πββοΈπββοΈ
