This morning's run was a gloriously muddy 10k to round the year off nicely before the return to school on Monday. As you can see from the photos, the recent rain and high winds have brought down a few trees - providing a few nice obstacles to negotiate along the way! 😂
Time to reflect on a very strange year of running (I'm trying to keep the focus on running here - but what a year!) Too many race cancellations sadly😕 but a few virtual medals bagged along the way to help with motivation!🏅
In a year that has been so tough for so many 🌎💔🌈, I can only say how grateful and lucky I am to be able to run. 🙏It has helped me through some tricky times over the past few months. I do hope that as the new vaccines start to roll out, we can begin to look ahead to safer times, when we can all hug our loved ones again and run properly together once more! 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏿🏃🏽♀️🏃🏿🏃🏻🏃🏾♀️
