I hope there's someone out there who remembers this Traffic song? So I got some new Brooks Adrenaline from Santa and went out this cold morn to do the first run in them, and wk 1 run 1 2.5k in JuJu's distance magic. Felt sluggish as have been pretty much on my derriere for a week, telling myself I'm giving myself a break from running. So up with the lark and a plod along the seafront (with Coach ♥️Bennett of course.) Love my old Sauconys; they will be semi retired ☺️ Happy running everyone x

Great photo's and nice new shoes, yes, I remember that song by Traffic, it was a hit in 1967, I have just put on a YouTube video of it and I am listening to it NOW.
