First (and last?) Half marathon. I think I'm supposed to be euphoric, but I'm just knackered.

Brilliant effort, very impressed. I tried for another 10miles today but gave up just short of 14k as my hands were too cold. That was some length of time you were running for. Happy running 🤗

You mean I was really slow. 🤣 My goal was a half by the end of the year. I only decided today was the day at 16k. I thought I was going to be sick at 19k, but I wasn't going to let 2020 beat me at this, its already taken so much!

Not at all, that was my speed on my run today so its obviously the best speed to run at🤣

Thanks. I really didn't think I could do it. I wasn't properly prepared. I realised at 18k that I needed water and a jelly baby or two. I kept going by thinking about how daft my strava would look if I stopped at 19k 😉

Me too - just by reading this (knackered).

Seriously, that’s brilliant! Congratulations! 👏👏👏👊💫

Thanks Buddy. I'm now working on my other mission - to watch all episodes of David Tennant as Dr Who by Christmas. 🤣

Amazing! Well done. Of course you're tired. I bet it's not your last - that's what I said after my first 10k. Maybe not a weekly half marathon, but now and then would be great.

Thank you. This morning I was thinking it might be an annual event. I guess that's progress from yesterday. 😉

I am so impressed that you did it, no matter what time. Well done! I expect it's a bit like child birth. Give it a month or two and you'll be saying..well maybe....lol!

Thanks. It might turn into a regular event - as in once a year. 😉
