Reminded morning runs are great

Not been out early for some time as the dark and cold was putting me off after a a little scare few weeks back...

Braved it on this morning and saw beautiful sunrise 🌅 so had to stop to take a few pictures..

Around 7k was beginning to flag but reminded myself of my target so pushed through it and I found 2nd wind my last k being my best of the full run...5.26...

Got the attire correct today too just right not cold not too hot 👍

Also saw a Great Santa decorated tree

28k to go to reach my monthly target for my Dec medal ... person target to be done by 25th 🎅.
