With Coach Bennett ♥️. Was ok. Took me 'just' 45 mins. I so beat myself up about not being speedier and I know I shouldn't. I do enjoy my plods. It was early and cold. Does the cold make breathing difficult? I felt like I was struggling a couple of times. Intention was to use the middle 1k for speed challenge. I did speed up ..... But was slower than last week's time hey ho onwards. 🙄

Blimey, it's all good from where I'm looking from. I love to plod and it personally helps me immensely. You'll get used to the cold as you build up your runs and stamina. Never beat yourself up. If you're out there regularly then you are doing brilliantly! A big well done from me 👏👏👏👏
Don’t beat yourself up Blossom- 5k is 5k, well done 👍 great photo looks a nice place to run. I use the NRC Runs, Coach Bennett is good company and his enthusiasm certainly makes the run more enjoyable as your running along.
Great early morning run and lovely photo. Never beat yourself up about speed unless you are entering an important race and have to do well. Far more important to enjoy each and every run. Happy running 🤗

Time doesn't really matter. The runs are for you, and as long as you are enjoying them, plodding or no plodding, that's all that matters.
