Another 10k whoop 🙌

Well headed out with no goal today just needed out of my box room office , have a terrible headache...

Thought some air n exercise may help.

Wasn't too cold in my leggings , vest n running top over top..

Tunes on and off I went ...

Saw a running Santa but didn't have phone out far a pic 😒🎅

I got to a flyover which was make or break for a long or short run . Thought heck let's do it so up n over I plodded then up to Cottingham then back down priory Rd..

moments of regret crept in when remembered how long that rd is ha ha but I was there now and was not walking it will take even longer ..

Got home to discover covered 10.64km in 1hr 6mins ...

Showered then back in the box room for few hours ..

Unfortunately head is still hurting ..

So early night and hope better tomorrow

Thats great. I just been for a 30min run. Im sticking to that for time being. Feels good. Easier to run in the chilly weather

That’s a cracking pace D-F, well done, your runs are really impressive. I signed up yesterday for one of those Race at Your Pace challenges where you decide mileage you complete for the month. I’ve gone for 35 miles this month. Reasonable to enter and nice medal upon receipt of your evidence. I’ve gone for the personalised medal, certificate and a compression running top, which came to just over £20, free postage 👍🏃‍♂️
