I'm working on the timed runs for now and I'm feeling pretty good with Week 1 under my belt. Still slow but I'm ok with that...Love reading everyone's posts since it helps to motivate me and keep my over zealousness in check. Happy running!

Well done starting the plan but please change how you refer to your speed, think about saying “keeping to the pace I’m happy with while I increase distance “. Speed is such a personal thing, find your happy pace and embrace it. Happy running 🤗
