So, lovely weather down here, sun was shinning, nice temp, a bit muddy along the canal, had to avoid alot of puddles, which probably helped me, keep the pace slow π, nice change running in day light, and not my usual route. Well got to 6k, which was todays plan, very enjoyable, no struggling for breath, at the end, very happy, and even the sink of washing up behind me, wont put me in a bad mood either, actualy, make that invisable washing up!!! π€£
Anyone out, enjoy your runs, and the rest of the week end. π

Great 6k for you this morning. It is such a lovely sunny day after the storms and cold we've been experiencing recently. Nice photo. Happy running π€
I was just reading your post, well done on the 7k βΊ must have been something in the air yesterday, with these longer runs, i'm sure the weather helped π after all the rain we've had this week. Your route sounds nice too! π
Fantastic 6k run Peterπππ. Well done. Putting in a couple of extra k's for me while I'm on the IC, appreciatedπ. You're running journey has been really great, can see by your photo you're pleased. You weren't even worried about the washing upπ. ππ’π
Thanks, how are you feeling, any better? I guess it's very frustrating, but our bodies, telling us something! π€£ at the start of my c25k, after week 1, had to stop for 2 weeks, with a bad knee, then started the programme again! The washing up, is a daily issue in our house!!! π€£
I'm doing ok tks. Had a short walk yesterday and today..not too bad. Reading how all you runners are doing is keeping me motivated to repair and get back out thereπ. ππ’π

Woohoo π₯³ 6km nice one! A good steady pace and sounds like it was very achievable for you (I felt confident it would be when you said you were planning 6km next run!) It feels good to be moving up the distance a bit doesnβt it?? And knowing you can do it is such a boost of confidence ππ»ππ» Well done! Obvs the post run glow was a big help with the washing up mountain π
I still get the same sense of achievement, as i did, after the early runs, in c25k, who would have thought, something as simple as running, could be so rewarding! βΊ
Ah, I'm a few miles away, so unless I start doing marathon distances I'm unlikely to run past you. Believe me, I'm also a snail, apart from on rare occasions!
Here you are!! On the other side not only of graduation but another forum. ππ Iβm gradually realising where everyone is βdisappearingβ to. Iβve laboured under the misapprehension that B210k was a training programme! ππ
I sort of thought that too, i noticed bambi posted on here, i still like reading stuff on the c25k, and see how people are doing, i think if you follow someone, you get an email notification, which ever site they post on. It's quite interesting seeing how folk progress, after graduation. π
Ah-ha! I think Iβve switched βoffβ notifications. I now realise I must have been βhereβ sometimes when clicking on profiles, but never understood how I had βmissedβ them. Well what a week of learning thatβs been: splits, negative splits, the meaning of βGarminβ and of βchiβ running, that B210k is a forum not a training programme... I tell you, 60 is the new 5!
