I’ve gone from being disheartened to running for longer and could have carried on. It’s strange how something just clicks and it goes back to being more enjoyable once again πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€— Glad it’s happened though 🌻

I'm looking forward to that clickπŸ˜•

Consolidation seems like a hard slog at the moment.

I tried the stepping stones podcast this morning for motivation.

Hoping it will help me get my mojo back. If I can endure the terrible music 😣

If stepping stones isn't for you try just mixing your runs up a bit, some shorter/longer new routes. Happy running πŸ€—

Yes I’ve had the same for a quite a while but in the last few weeks I’ve listened to all the advice and eased up on what I was doing and started to just run for as long as I was enjoying it and no more. I also started using the Nike App with the coaches and that has helped a lot and as you can see I run slowly πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€—

I didn’t like the Stepping Stones at all πŸ€—

That was a great length of time to run for, you'll soon be able to get your 60 minutes badge then start working on speed. Well done. Happy running πŸ€—
