Which hydration vest would you recommend?

I am considering buying one of these for my daughter for Christmas because she has started running 16 -18 mile distances and needs to organise her water supply.

Any recommendations or things to avoid from your experiences?

I bought this one a few months back and bought 2 / 250ml soft bottles for it. Its great i actually didn't even notice it when running 😊👍

Similar to the one that Buddy34 says but this has the bladder with it. Lots of people have this one. Depends if you want to spend money or keep it cheap like this one.

This is similar to the one I bought. Plenty of pockets for water bladder , phone, food and even a running jacket. Very reasonable price too.

I have the Salomon ADV skin 5 and really like it. It is very comfortable. It comes with 2 500 ml soft flasks. I also ordered a separate Salomon bladder for it for my long trail runs but use the water bottles for most shorter or mid length runs.
