Can you recommend a running app after Couchto5k, please? I tried Nike Run Club but I don’t like the coaching as I am not in the mood for philosophical questions while I run (who are you as a runner?....)
I tried running without a coach and I failed completely. I have to run re listening to old runs with Couch to 5k.
Thank you!!!

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, I use Mapmyrun for pace, time and distance, with the free version you don't get a coach telling you that you are running too slow when you're about to expire, all you get is Alexa the 'auto voice' telling your pace, distance and time.
I use map my run and started using Juju's magic plan on here as a format for training to keep me motivated! If I'm losing motivation I just come on here for some! I had to start using Strava for the agri5nations running challenge I'm doing but I am too new to it to pass judgement!
Congratulations and well done on Graduating from C25K. The first few weeks post graduation are a bit weird. You kind of need to find your own way. You could try just going out for the run and listen to your favorite playlist or podcast. Just run and get lost in the music or the podcast. Try a running game like Zombies Run. Try running without music. But the most important thing is to keep running. Get out there 3 times per week when you can. After a few weeks you will find your own way.
You can just use the QuickStart on Nike Running Club app - that will give you periodic updates of your distance and pace and how long you have left on your run - you can choose to set your own runs by distance or time. For the same reasons (not a lover of Coach Bennett 😏) I just use the QuickStart functionality instead
Have you had a look at the C25K + podcasts? Stepping stones, speed and stamina. Available from the platform where you access your podcasts. The music is a bit inane but I enjoyed using them on my consolidation runs. There’s Ju Ju’s magic plan to push on to 60 mins or 10K and there’re are quite a few free 10K apps. Some of the NRC runs can be a bit ‘chatty’ but I’ve enjoyed some of the shorter interval runs like 3,2,1 Go!. Hope you find something to motivate you.
I keep doing the last Couch to 5k with Laura over and over. 😁
Well done! I graduated in May and have since been doing consolidation runs, pushing the time up ( so therefore distance)! I just turn the notifications on Strava which tell you distance/ time/ pace., and put some good music on. I find this is enough to motivate me. I’ve now managed to run for an hour non stop and covered 7.7 km as a result. Haven’t tried anything else but find this is working for me so far!
Some of the Nike Run Club runs are less philosophical - I like the ones (generally called "run with [name]*) where they get a famous runner along to chat about their running career and advice.
Congratulations on completing c25k. I also felt at a bit of a loss after completing it. The C25k plus runs are good, but recently I’ve been using some podcasts called Podrunner. You can chose the one you want, based on length and running pace. There is no talking, just some beeps and the music changes tempo. And they’re free to download! I really like them! Good luck!
