Just posted in c25k instead of here. Good run this morning out nice and early. Very cold but got to 4 k so happy with myself for making the effort hopefully should get back to 5 k before Christmas 🎄🎄then 🤞onto 10 k in the new year🤣🤣🤣🤣wow never thought I’d be saying that 🎄🎄☃️☃️🤣🤣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done Scruff55. Well done too for motivating yourself to get out when it still looks so dark and cold. Mind that ice though. I must admit I never run if its icy - I'm too worried I'll slip.

Yes I do go slower and more carefully especially at the moment with my wrist still in splint don’t want to do anymore damage 🤣🤣
