Setting on forerunner 35

Going to do the couch25k and was wondering what setting would I set my garmin forerunner 35 to. Run outdoor setting and would it be free or run/walk mode. It’s just to see my time. Or is it not possible to do it. When I have looked through the couch 25k it would be quite hard to put all the different ratios of run to walk in.

Doris8, set it to run outdoors, it'll know when your running and walking accordingly 👍
