Week 3 run 1killer

I’m not going to lie, it totally killed me! I don’t read ahead to see what’s in store but it was such a step up from week 2. Those 3 minutes seemed to last forever... I admit I did walk the last few seconds of the last one. My knees are playing up now and I might have to have an extra rest day.

Well done for tackling that run. Definitely take the extra day but do keep moving rather than sitting, stretch out and keep hydrated. For your next long run try slowing the pace from the start, it’s hard to do but it does help. Happy running 🤗
