Just arrived after a few months on c25k, looking for my next challenge. Completed my 11th consolidation run today. Currently running for 40 mins and 4.2 miles is my best distance in that time. The thought of running 10k still seems insane to me but 3 months ago I could barely run for 1 minute so I believe anything is possible! 😁 Having a 2 day break now as carrying a couple of annoying niggles in left calf and knee but will be keen to get back out there Wednesday morning on my next day off.

Fantastic effort so for, good distances being covered. Rest up those niggles then slowly increase you total distance by no more than 10% per week and very soon that magical 10k will be completed. Happy running 🤗

Oh heyy, I recognise that rhino!! 👋🏼😊
Hope you’re doing well Jericho. With the kind of distance you’re covering, it sounds like you’ll smash the 10k programme!
Look after those niggles and good luck on Wednesday 😎

4.2 miles = 6.76km.
I don't expect to be doing that sort of distance until the middle of December! I scouted out and walked a course about that length just this afternoon.
