First 10k feels so amazing!

This is actually my first post on this Bridge forum! I started couch 25k in may and now 6 months (with 4 weeks off due to knee Injury after my 5k graduation run) on have just run my first 10k which feels absolutely amazing! I never would have believed it possible 6 months ago as I could barely run for the 60 seconds in the first week.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the people that contribute and run the forum as I’ve found it invaluable as a source of information.

And to anyone out there wondering if you can do it/ doubting yourself you absolutely can! I have loathed running for as long as I can remember and I now genuinely love it.

Well done, great that you have managed 10k so quickly after C25K, it really does show what’s possible.
