Morning!!!
Last night i ran 10k with my running club, who started a c25k and then a bridge to 10k meet on a Tuesday. Never thought i would do it and I actually felt great running the last few km, unfortunatley when i got home (9pm) I started to feel sick and head achy. Which isnt the first time, i have a couple of times ended up having a migraine when Ive got home.
The club have kindly put on a bridge to 10k run on with medals next month. But i feel i need to sort out why i sometimes feel poorly after a run as i dont want to feel this way. Anythoughts?
