Much better consolidation run - thank you

Yesterday I completed consolidation run 6 and yes, all 30 minutes (31 to be precise 😁) My pace was all over the place and overall much slower but I did it. I was concious of needing to make myself slow down several times, hence the erratic pace but it felt great to get a proper 30 minutes back under my belt. And a beautiful sunset into the bargain. So a huge thank you to all the lovely people on here who have me their tips and encouragement. Onwards and upwards 😊

How special to run with a sunset 🙂Well done, every single run adds to your running bank.

I like this a lot. You're definitely going onwards and upwards. You can start to slowly extend a bit now by running nice and comfy. Go for it, you're ready!

Sounds like a good run. It's quite hard to get the pace right sometimes. I think it takes experience to get it just right from the start.
