Hello fellow runner beings
My consolidation route takes 24-25 minutes.
On non-running days I often walk it and that takes 40 minutes.
Today, to mix things up a bit, I walked/sprinted/walked using C25K Week One (nice to be back with Laura!).
Time 27 minutes and I finished feeling fine. That’s got to tell you something.
Was that a form of Jeffing? I must do it more regularly.
