Went out early today beautiful morning the mist/fog beginning to clear and sun coming out. I have not run since last Sunday so needed this. Fastest time to date so very pleased. I am going to do 3.5k tomorrow I would normally have a rest day but because of work I need to otherwise will struggle to fit it in ,then 7k on Friday. Wish I had taken a photo now as the lake with the mist looked beautiful. I am loving the compression sleeves I have. My calf’s feel so much better. Have a good week everyone💪

Hi there. Pleased to hear you had such a good run.

I missed a run last week due lack of energy after work too . I ran yesterday and felt so much better after!

We will get there, there is no rush , we have done the important bit and can run for long enough to get the health benefits_both mental and physical.

Progress from here on is just for fun and .... because we can!
