Another 10k today

A relaxed run with hubby on his bike to keep me company. Lockdown doesn’t seem to have had any impact apart from to make the streets busier.

It was really sunny. I got quite warm. Still not sure what I need to wear for the weather yet as I get hot quite quickly but need something for warm down walk.

Well done HappyNoodle great to hear your racking up the 10k’s. Your right about the streets, I think the worlds decided to go jogging as a way of keeping their sanity through lockdown.

Jogging, walking, just people everywhere. I think I’ll go out earlier next Saturday to miss the crowds.

🏃🏻‍♀️ 🚴‍♂️ 😂🤣 nothing so glamorous. I saw lots of people doing it on the virtual marathon and thought it might be nice to have company. It makes sure I can talk while I run too 😉

You also made me laugh at myself - Mr E wouldn’t need his bike to support my running - he would just have to walk fast & break into a trot now & then!!😂😂 Ah well, snail’s can’t be gazelles! 😄

My husband did say there wasn’t much difference between my running and my walking 🤣🤣 he’s got snails pace down to pay.
